1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, I do! I love capturing memories in beautiful, unique locations. Travel fees apply depending on the location, and I’d be happy to discuss the details to make your vision come true. Feel free to reach out for more information!

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes, I absolutely help with planning your engagement session!

I’m here to make sure your session is fun, relaxed, and tailored to your style. Feel free to reach out, and we can start planning the perfect engagement session together!

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Life happens—I totally understand. If you need to reschedule, I ask for as much notice as possible so we can find a new date that works for both of us. Your retainer can be transferred to the new date if rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe.

In the case of cancellations, retainers are non-refundable as they reserve your date, but I’m always happy to work with you to find a solution that makes sense.

If something urgent or unexpected comes up, just reach out—we’ll figure it out together.

4. Do you offer digital files or prints ?

Digital Files: All sessions include high-resolution digital images with printing rights, delivered via an online gallery.

Prints: You can order professional-quality prints directly from your gallery—easy, convenient, and stunning.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Although Briana Escobedo Photo does not cover Videography; Yes! I’ve worked with some incredibly talented videographers and would be happy to recommend someone whose style complements my photography and who I trust to capture your day beautifully. Just let me know what you're looking for, and I’ll send over a few favorites!

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Of course! This is your session, and I want to make sure it reflects your vision. If there are certain poses, people, or moments you want captured, feel free to share a list or inspiration board beforehand. I’ll also guide you naturally during the shoot so everything feels relaxed and authentic, while still making sure we get those must-have shots

7. Can we meet before the session?

Absolutely! I’d love to connect before your session. Whether it’s a quick coffee chat, a phone call, or a video meeting, it’s a great way for us to get to know each other, talk through your vision, and make sure you feel totally comfortable and excited going in. For weddings and larger sessions, I highly recommend it!

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

I always aim to deliver your photos as soon as possible without compromising on quality. You'll receive a sneak peek within a few days so you can relive a few favorite moments while the full gallery is being prepared!
